Twitter DMCA

It's important to note that filing a false DMCA notice can have serious legal consequences, so be sure that you have a legitimate claim to the content before submitting a request.

To submit a DMCA notice to Twitter, follow these steps:

Identify the content that you want to report as a copyright violation.
Read Twitter's Copyright Policy webpage.
Navigate to Twitter's Intellectual Property Issues page.
Follow the prompts to complete the report with the necessary information, including your contact info, the infringing content's URL and your proof of ownership of the copyrighted material.
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Submit the form, and Twitter will review your request and take appropriate action.

If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, you can contact Twitter's copyright team at copyright@twitter.com.
